KY Deer opener, the wife is at it again.

We hunted in blinds, this morning, a bone chilling monsoon till 10 am and we went in. Back in the blinds at 3 pm, going to hunt till dark around 6:20, when at 5:20 I saw a buck come out to her right side of the blind. I was a little over 300yds away. She was drinking coffee, and he ran right beside her blind about 40 yds and continued on down to get a drink in a growed up pond. Then he came back out at 125 yds and she double lunged him,with her .270, he ran about 20 yds and piled up in sight. This made her 31st deer with a rifle, and she has taken 20 with a ML, 3 with a bow. I will send pics to TBG to post. Just thought I would share

Congratulations Mrs. K. It was a chilly opener up here in northern KY started out as rain at day light then temps dropped and it turned into sleet. Saw a small buck chasing a doe but no shot opportunity.
