Let’s all give a big shoutout to Larry Gibson for all his assistance including his very informative and helpful posts. He brought many of us to the next level in reloading with his invaluable advice. I’ve been at this great hobby for nearly fifty years but when Larry speaks, I listen and learn. God Bless him!

I’m thankful for his contributions also. He helped me to understand internal ballistics and pressure much better. Thanks Larry!

I agree. When I sent him a question via PM about something he took the time to dig out some of his old data and wrote several paragraphs to me that helped me along, including answering more dumb questions along the way.

I appreciate Larry's pressure testing information. Many times put real numbers on what was only a guess for me before seeing the data.

Let me add my voice to the choir and thank him for his many valuable contributions. I, too, am a well-seasoned handloader, but many times he has taught this old dog a new trick or two.

Heck I’d like if his postings could be made more easily found. Categorized and made a sticky at the top of the reloading section.

A "Larry Gibson" stickie? With random hints, experiences, info? That would be cool...

I'm a 6.5 Swede Mauser freak and I have learned more about casting and loading for that cartridge from Larry than from any other source, by far. It takes a lot of time and effort on the part of Larry to provide all the info he's developed, collected and posted over the years and I sincerely appreciate what he has done for us. I, too, hope he writes a book..you know it'll be a great read. Thanks, Larry!

You would need a mod dedicated to just managing the LG-sticky portion of the site.

I too really appreciate his interesting, fun, and painstakingly thorough and accurate contributions to the sport.

Not only is his info top notch but, when I was trying to figure out which bullet shot best in my .314 bore MN, Larry sent me a number of different bullets of different diameters to try.
Thanks, Larry

Just a suggestion. When Larry posts something of interest to you, clip it and paste to a text file on your device. That way you can go back and reference the info as needed. I've done that several times and refer back to that file on a regular basis.

I do the same with several other contributors on this site.

I fully agree_
if this were G&A magazine, LG, and I would add Outpost75, should have a column or page like Jeff Cooper did_

Larry's advise equals more than just smaller groups; it also answers how and why things work. My hat's off to you sir.

I typically tell rookie reloaders to rely only on loads and reloading information from powder company websites, published data, and from a few internet experts after they've accumulated enough knowledge to know who's credible and who's not. I'm a very experienced (i.e., senior citizen) reloader and I would recommend Larry's posts to anyone, rookie or experienced. Thanks Larry
