If you are looking for a Browning or Winchester BPCR stock, there’s another new stock set listed on eBay. It will fit the original Browning BPCRs or the more recent Winchester limited series Creedmoor BPC rifles. Search for item # 360127685209. The price is up to $175 so far. This seems to be a monthly item for the last 5 months or so. The last set listed sold for $212.50. Browning was getting around $141 for the forearm and $412 for the stock, grip cap & butt plate.
The sets being sold on eBay do not have case-colored grip caps or butt plate. So if you end up the lucky bidder and want to have the grip cap and butt plate case colored to match the original Browning or Winchester, Signal Mountain Gun Works is the company that does color-casehardening work for Browning and Winchester using a potassium-cyanide-based technology.
