another gun show find........

working a gun show this weekend. not much for me...did pick up a 410 lee hand loader.
a couple guys from on here came by and said hi...pumpman scored again.
a guy i have shot with for years came by to borrow some table space for some handgun he is trying to sell.
and then it happened....
he pulls out a wrapped up white towel..un rolls it and....

a like new redfield(denver) 3-12 illuminator.....
( old school but....30mm main tube, objective is 55mm plus, ao from 50yds out......

this scope was ahead of its time.....

and yes it went home with me....now to find the right rifle for it....
is that a problem or what...

I've got my found illuminator attached to my 25-06 Sendero. Been good for about 500 groundhogs and 50 deer, 100 headshot goats and 40 stray and not so stray dogs in the goat pasture. Looking forward to illuminating some coyotes soon.

I collect them and it is one I do not have!
