So hope I'm not breaking any forum rules but wanted to extend a invitation to anyone who might be interested in coming to the Louisiana Trappers and Alligator Hunters Association Rendezvous where having this weekend. It's always a really fun time , kid friendly, good food, where going to have a demos too so if you where ever curious about trapping or similar it's a great learning experience. Where also going to have some vendors so it's a good place to stack up on lure bait traps , lots of folks even being their used stuff to sell so might be a good place to off load some casting stuff/ reloading stuff. Their also a nice little gun shop not too far away. No to mention there's a gun range littlery 100yd away from where we'll be at.
So any how here the deal event roster

There will be demos for kids and you’re not going to want to miss the round table and meal Friday night! Come hang out and have a good time with us. I've been to a few State Trapping Conventions. They are a great place to visit &learn, as well as stock up on supplies you may need for the outdoors. And often, not just trapping supplies.
Good food, good fellowship, and just plain fun.

I wish I could join y'all,, but it's a wee bit too far. Have fun & give us a report!

Wolfdog, that sounds like a great time. My wife and I went back there in March to see all her "multiple" cousins. Layed up in New Orleans, at the Royal Sinasta Hotel for a couple nights on Bourbon Street. I love Cajun food. Although I was born in California, my mom and dad were both from Oklahoma. I was raised on catfish, frog legs, crawdads, fried potatoes and pinto beans. If we were closer than here in Oregon, we'd love to come visit. Y'all enjoy.
