Pc'ed some bullets and baked them on parchment paper and they stuck. No each bullet is paper patched lol. Shoot or toss? Probably be 38spl loads.

Yep, that's why I switched to a silicone baking mat. I'd still shoot them.

SECRET (don't tell anyone)
Let the bullets/coating totally cool before removing from the P-Paper.
They'll tip right over cleanly

They were cool enough for me to handle.

...cool enough for me to handle....Not enough.
Totally COLD

(else the PC is still eversoslightly sticky)

FWIW:
I just finished running some 45-70/330gr Gould bullets (Eastwood Red Mirror) through the oven tonight.
The parchment paper's been through maybe 5-7 450° 40-min cycles... looks like burnt toast/brittle.
Truly cold... those bullets just tip over when tilted. Paper's good for another coupla cycles

postscript: Stuck paper on the bottom is never even a smidgeon of a factor once combustion starts -- and will likely come off by itself during normal handling during sizing/loading

I had the same thing happen with aluminum foil. Didn't affect the bullets at all. I also switched to a silicon pad.

I'd shoot them.. As for culls.. they re melt with the PC on easily.. so it's a no loss deal. Personally I don't think you will notice a difference..

You can get silicon baking sheets on Amazon. I made a series of folds in mine, so I can lay the bullets down without them touching, and not have to worry about them falling over. I've used them dozens of times, and they are still good to go.

Foil stuck too. Maybe I'm not letting them cool enough.

I have good luck with Reynolds "Non-Stick" aluminum foil.
You can use it several times before tossing it out.
A roll will last a long time.

Shoot them. Just curious, why parchment paper? Just get yourself a steel sheet pan. I bought a $8 toaster oven with the fitted sheet pan. I've probably baked 50-60 batches on that pan. Works great. Mine stick, but I just tap them free with a rubber wrench handle.

Parchment paper seem to come up a lot in searches. So you are just saying a non stick pan of some sorts? I was thinking of trying a silicone baking mat as well

If using the silicon baking sheet buy a good one. I used a cheap one and when heated it would buckle and push some of the bullets together and they would stick too each other.

Don't toss. If you can not shoot them melt them down and recast, try again.

Silicone cookie baking sheets are everywhere these days.

I also have silicon sheets for the air fryer which have a pattern of pyramids. Up or down depending on which way you lay the sheet.
Never accept defeat, rise above it.

If I let mine cool on the sheet they stick every time maybe the cheap parchment paper i am using but if I dump them as soon as the dinger rings into my pan of cold water clean bullets alway , as for when they did stick I choot them and never noticed a difference .

1. Parchment paper is great stuff -- particularly for heat transmission to bake the base PC
2. Parchment paper is dirt cheap -- and will last 5-7 full cycles if not abused, then just pull.cut another sheet from the roll
3. Parchment paper will completely release -- no stickiness or residue at all* -- if you just allow the bullets completely cool.
4. Parchment paper will shoot completely normally -- even if a piece does stick -- it's only a piece of thin brittle paper at that point anyway.

(There's a reason God invented Parchment paper, don'cha know....)

* Wegmans or Reynolds -- no difference that I can see.

Hey paper GC at almost no cost. Shoot em. And get Yoshi copper grill cloth (or equal). NSAF/parchment/etc last a short time, grill cloth is good for hundreds of runs.
