Aside from the obvious difference, and in this case why wouldn't you want larger rather than smaller...What is the difference between the two? These two molds confuse me.

The post I think you were looking at talked about the No Lube Groove version which is smaller for powdercoating. https://www.mp-molds.com/product/357-359-125-flat-round-nose-flat-base-8-cavity-aluminum-no-lube-groove-mold/

The Lube Groove version is available in 3 sizes .357,.358 and .359. https://www.mp-molds.com/product/357-358-or-359-135-flat-base-aluminum-8-cavity-mold-multichoice/

I have the .359 because that was what was available at the time and size .357 just fine. .357 would be for 9mm or powdercoat.

The .359 sized .357 has a .002 step from the drive band to the nose. 359-125 and 432-640 side by side.

Just a size variation for a custom fit. Sizing should just clean up the drive bands, too much and the front drive band will blend with the ogive.

Those're quite impressive holes in the ends of those bullets, Mr. Mal.
