Boolit is Saeco 100g cast and air cooled from Lyman #2 alloy and put thru a bottom style sizer while adding a gas check. Boolit is sized to .2585 Charge is 14.3 to 14.5g Reloder 7 and primer is either Remington 9-1/2 or Winchester large PISTOL primer. Cases were not sized at all, but necks slightly champfered to aid seating without shaving lead. Loaded round was then put thru Lee factory crimp die to achieve a firm and uniform crimp. This load consistently shoots a 5 shot group at 100 yards of 1.5" or less.
The rifle is a bolt action Savage 16 with a Tasco 36x scope.

My 250AI shoots 100gn RCBS boolits about the same level of accuracy.

My rifle seems to prefer the Saeco boolit altho, like you have experienced, my rifle also shoots the RCBS 25-100 very well.
What powder and primer do you use in your AI?

My Encore with an 18" custom barrel absolutely loves that Saeco 108 gr semi point GC boolit. It's favorite powder is 4198 for an MV of 1850. It has won accuracy trophies for both me and my wife at NCBS a couple years back. Most amazing was that I got the mold (a 3-holer) and handles for $10 at a gun show at a local Grange Hall. The guy had two and I should have bought the other then run like a thief. OOOps!

Quillbilly-- That Saeco mould of yours must be slightly different than the one I have since your weight is about 8 grains more than mine. I doubt that even a heavy lead alloy would not reach 108g from my mould. Still if is the same basic profile, that may be why they shoot so well!?.
