Isaiah 43:19
Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
When the scales of political correctness fail to bring balance to our society, social scales come into play. Social scales attempt to create our future with facts from the past.
Social scales collect data to determine our destinies. Pie charts and graphs predict that everyone who looks like us, grew up like us, went to school with us, or suffered the same setbacks will only rise so high or do so much. They attempt to standardize and force people into narrow roles, because history repeats itself.
These social scales are an abomination to the Lord, because they lie; they are dishonest. They attempt to hinder and restrain what God has called blessed, privileged, and favored.
As children of God, no demographic or statistic can limit our destinies! God says that all things are possible to those who believe. The pain of our past cannot overturn the promise of our futures. Statistics cannot unbalance the promise of our potential because of God’s power inside us!
What social scales call barren, God calls blessed. What they call broken, God heals completely. What they reject, God accepts. He does not look at us and see high risk; He sees great reward. He is our portion, and we are His prize.

May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious unto you and give you His peace. No statistic can stop you. No research can restrain you. No data can define you. God alone has determined your divine destiny!
