Hello guys, is the rcbs 124 cn and the lyman 356402 the same design?
Or are the differences very small?
thank you

I don't have either mould ... only the drawings to look at that aren't dimensioned or to scale .
They appear quite similar . The Lyman #356402 appears to have a slightly more pronounced, and slightly wider , front driving band ... And the grease groove is slightly wider on the Lyman also the Lyman 356402 is listed at 120 grains .
The RCBS #09 - 124 - CN is listed at 124 grains , so there is a slight weight difference
The nose profiles (truncated cone)and meplat appear to be nearly identical ... or so close my eyes can't see a difference .

Honestly ... from what I can see ... you got "Two Peas in a Pod" with these two .

When I was in need of a 9mm Luger mould I went with the NOE #358-124-TC GC 4 cavity and couldn't be any happier .
The NOE design has a slight improvement to the front driving band and you can get it Gas Check and / or hollow point configuration ... It has worked well in 4 different 9mm Luger pistols , 38 special , 38 +P and 357 Magnum... the GC lets you drive them hot and fast in magnum loads.

thanks for the answer, I have had a Lee mold similar to that Noe, and my 9mm liked this nose better
I shoot a lot of 9mm and making my boolits with two molds with two cavities is much more work than with one with more cavities.
I will try the one from mp hg275 to see if it does the same as these
Thanks for your opinion!
