This has been a long project of min that I started collecting parts for about 2 years ago. Many days of mocking everything up, then deciding I just wasn't feeling it to initiate the weldment tacks. Once I hit the mig welder for the first time on it, it went pretty quick but I'm a perfectionist without perfect abilities so I spent many a day grinding/sanding/welding but I finally got it where I wanted it and I'll have to say it didn't turn out too bad. And it runs beautifully. It's curretnly setup up as a semi, however, I started my process of becoming an FFL SOT for manufacturing and once I get approved I'll go FA on it.

The best part of the adventure was my 5 year old son was there with me when we first found and bought the receiver and has helped me sand and "build" the project since the very beginning. His face was priceless when he got to shoot it for the first time... event though he had to use two finger to pull the trigger.

Amazing work there. Including your son to help is icing on the cake.
Thanks for sharing.
