38 Super Brass Berdan Primed?

I started shooting the Steel Challenge back in the early 80's. And then moved into IPSC. A lot of competitors were using the 38 Super cartridge. There was no 9x21 or 38 Super Comp or 9mm major back then. Us shooters would make bulk buys of both practice ammo and competition ammo. I NEVER EVER came across berdan primed 38 Super cases. Have heard rumors that there was? Does such an animal exist? Has it ever? Who was the manufacturer if there was one? South of the border maybe?

A member claimed to have purchased berdan primed 38 Super brass right out of our S&S not too long ago. This doesn’t have anything to do with that does it?
