Tried this the other day

Hey gentleman I tired this the other day and was it good,

Got up in the morning and while fixing breakfast I took out a couple brauts and worked them over with a fork poking holes thru the skin casing all around them. Put them in a ziplock bag and covered with maple syrup. sealed with as little air in the bag as I could and put in refrigerator turning over when I thought about it. cooked them that evening in the air fryer.

I prefer waffles to pancakes but buckwheat pancakes with real maple syrup are the best.
Don’t mind a little syrup getting on my sausage but I’d rather taste the unsweetened sausage spices. Bacon goes with everything but sausage is #1.

Used to do that to link sausage all the time. We always used the grade B syrup for it.
