I really like the Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter in 44 Magnum
I bought one
It shoots great with a number of cast and jacketed bullets
It did need a trigger job and the cylinder mouths worked on as they were .428 - .430

But I decided I liked the Bisley grip better so I changed the grip frame and hammer .... No big deal , I can change the grip frame back if I need to

But I am not 100% satisfied
I would like to get a Bisley Hunter
BUT in 454 Casull or a 45 Colt (+P) , as I have brass , dies and bullet molds
Also with a swing out cylinder instead of the normal single action non swing out cylinder

I have a Ruger Super Redhawk in 454 Casull and it shoots great
But it is ugly compared to the Bisley Hunter
Also due to my eye site getting messed up by a fall , I need a red dot sight when I hunt
So just iron sites is not good for me

I am shooting either the Lee 452-300 GC bullet or a 275 gr GC bullet I designed with a slightly shorter nose of about the same profile
I have found great results by loading the 454 Casull to warm 45 Colt specs

As I like a Large meplat and a moderate velocity

My question
Are there nice looking single action revolvers in 45 Colt (+P) or 454 Casull with a swing out cylinder , integrated scope mount and a 6-10" barrel ?
Or am I just going to have to settle for a Short cylinder BFR in 454 Casull with a 7 1/2" barrel ?

Thanks
John

Not from Ruger.
The SA design in general doesn't have a swing out cylinder.

I think RG made a 22lr single action with a swing out cylinder.
What you are asking for generally does not exist though.
If you have $10k I'm sure you could make it happen.
You might look for a Ruger Redhawk Hunter and just shoot it single action...
