Both Graf & Sons and Powder Valley have new 6.5x55 brass from PPU at not too bad prices. IMHO the price difference between brand new and some range pick up brass is close enough to spring for the new stuff.

Be very wary of some brands of brass, PMS, Winchester and Remington have head size of 0.472" while Norma, CA, Lapua have 0.476" and don't separate at the head after 1 or 2 reloads. I'm presently using Norma berdan primed military cases and RWS primers with great results.
