Come with everything you need. Die is made from quality 4140 steel that has been professionally heat treated and Nitride finished for the ultimate in strength and longevity. These dies will make more than a lifetime supply of free bullets. Instruction manual as well. If you have the basic skills to safely load your own ammo you can use these dies to make great bullets!
