Anyone recognize this lead smelter?

Anyone out there recognize this or it's components? Is it home made? It has 2 heating elements with 2 pots and runs on 220. Someone is selling at make an offer but I don't know what it's worth or if I have room for it.

Not home made.

I believe it is for vacuum casting based on a google search. Can’t quite make out the markings on the dials.

Center is a timer the others read Fenwal 524 and go up to 1000° F

Research it's true value, and see if there's much of a commercial market for it.
If it's cheap and works, I'd get if only to 'market it properly'.
