Here is the vise top I just finished uo. Will allow me 18" to the far side of the Kurt vise. Its bolted in place on the back jaw of the vise on the mill. 2 Allen wrenches required for it a 5/16 to mount remove and a 5/32 to adjust. It takes up no space on the table. This will make multiple pieces and some hole patterns a lot easier

Seen lots of guys waste so much time edge finding when all they needed was a part stop and enough sense to locate off the fixed jaw .

When ever possible draw up the part with one corner X0 Y0 Z0 it makes it so much easier to work from one point. This makes the stop very use able with multiple parts. The other is when you cant get in to measure good the stop allows the part to be removed and reset.

We always called that a "zero corner" in the mold making business.

Maybe now some Table Covers so you can blow the chips off easier?

Try 1/4 Masonite with 3/4 x1" strips to locate the covers in teh slots of your table.
