375 Raptor Anyone???

Evening:

I have been kicking around the idea of a 375 raptor on a ar 10 platform for a one rifle for North America. The more I read and research this cartridge the more I like it. Has anyone looked at this round on paper or played with one ???? A 308 on the Ar10 platform will do amazing things, but with some brass forming and load development, the 375 raptor brings the platform to another level..........any thoughts good or bad are appreciated ......regards

I was actually looking at the 375 Raptor the other day for giggles, and honestly there doesn't seem to be a whole lot that the 375 Raptor can do that the 358 Winchester can't. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of good bullets out there for .375 in general, but you can get cast bullets for 358 Winchester just as heavy (up to 350 grain) as the 375 Raptor at the same velocities, with higher sectional density.

I think the only reason I'd bite would be to complete an AR-10 upper rainbow set.
