375h&h data vs. 375 Weatherby reloading data

will cast bullet reloading data for the 375h&h also the same for 375 Weatherby?

The 375 Weatherby is nothing more than an improved 375 H&H. You can shoot a standard 375 H&H in it to fireform brass, as such the loads for cast bullets should be similar. The 378 Weatherby is a whole different animal.

Yep, what he said. You might need to add a grain or two of powder to make up for the slightly bigger case but it will be really close.
