It seem that a lot of reloaders use the RCBS bench top priming tool. Its my favorite for sure. If you use a flip tray to load primers into the tubes you probably, like me, keep a small dowel around to push that last primer or two past the loading spout. I made a simple mod to my tool by drilling a small hole & installing a wooden dowel. I used a cut-off piece of a skewer for a pressed fit. Always there & always handy.

I use a 6" piece of aluminum rod to push the last primer past the detent, then leave it on top of the primers to add weight.
It helps the primers feed into seating stem by keeping them from popping out.

Handling every primer, just to transfer it from a flipper tray to a seating cup on the tool.
Yeeks! (exclamation horror) or to fill tube tube, Yeek again.
I have the RCBS APS bench system. It’s too fiddly loading strip is a pain and I’ve never seen preloaded strips in a store.

Try a LEE Auto Bench Prime, I did their cheap, it works. You don’t need to handle 50 to 100 primers each session.

If mine broke I’d get another & the spare part asap. I’ve tried a lot of priming methods and this has been the best.
