Friend gave me a box of close to 50#s Helicopter balance blade weights.
Used the pencil test 4B started making a scratch 3B made a really deep scratch.

Good for musket balls or 12 gauge slugs?

Sounds like dead soft. I would use for muzzleloader or swaging.
