Need crowning tool

It might not be the right place to post so I apologize. I need to borrow or rent an 11 degree crown cutter and 44 caliber pilot. I can’t afford to buy one for a one time use. Will

I do not use 4D for anything, a friend used them, they claimed the tool was worn and wanted him to pay full price for a new tool just to sharpen it. They have your credit card, so. Buyer Beware.
