My sister could use some help

My younger sister 67 y.o.) has had MS for over half her life. Yesterday she woke up and could move her legs and arms. She’s been in ER waiting for a room for over a day. They did say she has Covid, so much for the three shots she’s had.
If you can spare a prayer for her I’d appreciate it.

Father, I come to You because You are the Great Healer and I am praying for comfort, healing, and mobility for BMI48219's sister. Please allow her go regain use of her legs and arms. Father, I further pray for her medical team and that You guide them down the path to restoring her health and her to her family and friends. Amen!

Guys, thank you all for your prayers and kind thoughts. Sis is still waiting to be officially admitted. She’s been in an isolation room on a hospital cot since Wednesday afternoon ‘cause they don’t have a single room (because of Covid test) to put her in.
Still no use of legs and partial use of arms. Getting pain meds and they gave her Fauci’s Remdesivir infusion this morning. My wife has been saying that stuff causes kidney damage and has a 30 % fail / fatality rate. Sounds like they’re treating the Covid but no neurologist opinion about if / how / why it’s affecting her MS. Plus it’s the weekend so the hospital is short staffed. Her spirits are pretty low.

Thanks again, the hospital found a private Covid isolation room for her late Saturday and is treating that disease. As yet they haven’t determined if her loss of limb function is a result of deteriorating MS condition or if Covid has affected her MS.

Sis is progressing slowly. In less pain and can move her feet some. The hospital is going to transfer her to a in-patient therapy facility. Thanks again for all the prayers and kind thoughts.

Sounds like Sis is starting to pull out of this. She’s been in the rehab wing for a couple days. Still testing + for Covid but no symptoms. She’s been moving around her room with a walker, couple times yesterday and today.
No diagnosis as to whether the Covid caused her MS to flare or if her loss of limbs use is another progression of the MS.

Sis was released from the hospital this morning. She’ll be undergoing PT with a group specializing in MS patients. Thanks to all.
