Lee Challenger press

Here's what happens to a Lee Challenger press when you ask too much of it. This happened while resizing some boolits. I should have sized the boolits in steps but didn't have the correct sizers. I ordered them now though and the parts to fix the press. It's not a good pic but the best my digital camera will do.

While waiting for your new links to arrive, go to the hardware store and get a self locking nut for the through bolt that holds the links together and locks the handle in place. Most times when the links break as yours did, it is because the bolt has gotten loose and allowed the links to spread apart. BTDT

Call up lee and order a new set of those in steel. I have broken several myself over the years.
