This was supposed to be S&W's answer to the Remington 1100. What was the question.
My FIL had one that he used once and as usual he cleaned it and put it away. Next time out it wouldn't cycle, seemed there was a rubber bumper that got dissolved from the solvent. Quick repair with a new bumper and it was in action again.
The shotgun was made in Japan and had a beautiful finish. I later picked up a skeet model and the seller had me sign some release saying that it was sold as-is and no returns. Yes, the same bumper had turned into goo. A quick replacement and it was running.
I see these do not command much on the resale market. Any reason why?
