Welcome to this forum. I hate to immediately send you away, but if you will go to the Antique Reloading Tool Collectors Association site (ARTCA.com) you will probably have better luck finding complete info. Those guys are obviously devoted to the old stuff.

Meanwhile, welcome again to this forum. Be sure to look through the various specialty forums as most of us go where our own special interests are located. In fact, we even have a vintage reloading tools forum you may find helpful.

The Meepos Speedlube had a third lever to pump the lube onto the boolit, the hand operated version of the automated spring-loaded pumper on the Star.

Also, it had “MEEPOS GUN SHOP LA CAL” and “SPEEDLUBE” cast into the frame. The lube reservoir was a brass tube.

That might be some kind of prototype, a home-shop copy, or a Potter, although I couldn’t find a picture of the latter in my casual perusal of Handloader’s Digests and Sharpe’s handloading book.
