Has anyone had an issue with cast bullets being damaged on feed ramp of a semi auto pistol? The pistol is a 10mm Tanfoglio and the bullets are 170gr semi wadcutters made of water dropped wheel weights. They feed fine, but not trying to have my 170 grain bullets turn into 160 grain.

I run a Tanfoglio 10 as well. I've not tried SWC bullets, but could see them getting a little hammered. I use a 200 gr WFN, but I'm using a harder alloy, water dropped. I get a little deformation of the nose from loading, but not too bad, Ave I'm not losing weight.
You might try a bit harder alloy, but it might not shoot as well.
May I ask what you're using that load for? By your username, are you also in Alaska?
I just ask because 170gr is pretty light for a 10mm.

I use the Lee 175gr TC. No problems in Glock or PCC.

Water dropped clip ww are pretty hard. I have never seen bullets chip on feeding in anything from 1911 to glock.
