rebuilding Berdan primers?

I was just wondering if anyone is rebuilding the Berdan primers? Is it more or less difficult than Boxer primers and do you use the same methods and chemicals as you would with Boxer? (Other than having to replace the anvil.)

I am aware of the difficulty in removing the primer and I have done it with the hydraulic method using water in the case and a tight-fitting die to pop the primer out.
