My only son is in the ER right now getting a catscan to determine if he needs to be admitted for diverticulitis surgery.
Prayers have kept me six foot over several times and I believe with all my soul that they will help him.

Thank you all. The Doctor is releasing him today then he returns mid week for the surgery. He has a micro tear on his colon, so they are going to remove a section and reconnect it.

Thomas, I have had this exact thing done, twice. No cake walk.. be there for him, and prepare for a long course of antibiotics. Thrush can be an issue as well. I will do my part and pray….

Thank you all, After three delays they did the surgery today. The operation went well, but he's in pain of course. I'm hoping that his youth and strength help him recover quickly and I know your prayers have helped already.
