I couldn't find replacement boxes at midway either. Any suggestions?

I get my box's from the dumpster at the local public trap range.

Ballistic's Products sells a nice white cardboard box of the right size for 12 ga 2 3/4". I suspect they have a whole range of ga's and sizes but that is the only one I have experience with.

I get mine from the range too. Monarch boxes are better for me.

I'm surprised at the number of people in the past year I've found asking about paper boxes. I can understand reusing completely, but I had one person who was willing to pay extra shipping (I was selling brass) to have me dig the old ammo boxes out of the garbage. Whatever works I guess.

I'll cut you a deal. I'll trade you as many used paper ammo boxes as you want for an MTM ammo box.

Or just keep the MTM box, and realize some things really should be left in the recycling.

I have BPI white boxes for my .410's, but use mostly dumpster boxes for 12 ga. I prefer used AA boxes as my Reloads are all AA's

I prefer cardboard boxes. Small, easily stackable, easily transportable.

I bought plain white 28 gauge boxes years ago, I want to say from Ballistic Products?? These are the only ones I ever bought. I too prefer the free ones from the trash can at the range!

I've never thrown one away. Some I have go all the way back to the 1960's.

I like the Remington boxes over the rest, they can be folded flat.
Some boxes are glued on the bottom flap and take up too much room.

I use pickup boxes and buy boxes in the 12 , 16 and 20 . Use pickup boxes for the 28 and 410 . Buy white boxes for the 10 gauge . For the 8 gauge a friend had a bunch made and he gave me two dozen or so . FWIW I caught 12 ha boxes on sale at Midway a year or so ago and bought two cases of them , later someone gave me what was left from a case they had bought . I doubt I ever need another 12 ga box !
