Lyman 450 Parts Cost...?

Im looking at possibly getting a lyman 450 that is incomplete without the lube reservior parts, does anyone know about how much it is to replace these parts (it would be #s 1,2,3,7,8,9 or all together its Lyman part #2745817).....im just trying to figure what the total cost involved is going to be if I have to order parts.

Now for an acquired Lyman 45 lubrisizer.... I'm out of luck.
