how big is too big???

how large over groove diameter is too much? i made a lee style size die today to bring some 376" boolits down to 367" for my 9.3x57. i got home and found out i went a little larget than i wantted to. it's sizing to 370". will i have a problem being 3 thou over sized?

Will a loaded round chamber? How hard is your alloy?

allow is air cooled wheel weights with a little tin added. a round will chamber, but it is snug on the neck. bolt is hard to close, but i dont need a hammer to close it. :)

I would say that if you are happy with the way the bolt closes then you are fine. If it is more than you think you will want to manage every time you shoot it, then you need to make another sizer a thousandth or so smaller. Oversized cast boolits don't cause a problem generally except with chambering them.
