scored one on e-bay for $15.50. but, i think there is a issue. the adjustment screw for the powder resovior is less than .500 long (1/4-28 thread) with a "cap" on the resovior side that is .375 dia. ; same as the resovior. there will not be enough adjustment to turn the screw far enough to get a small charge of powder. let me back up a little. this measure is for small charges 2 to 20 grains of powder. so, i think that something is missing. does anyone have a diagram of this measure
