What is your favorite 32-40 load and/or boolit?

I am in the process of acquiring a new to me 32-40 and would like to know what your favorite loads and/or boolits are?

Fixed ammo or breach seating?

Either but I am more interested in fixed.

I breech seat a 168 grain bullet ahead of 14 - 14.3 grains of 4227. I have gone to 14.5 but saw no benefit. Never saw a reason to change. Not overly fast but very decent groups at 100 and 200.

200 gr. soft lead paper patched over 18 gr. reloader 7 ,star-line long 2.125 brass bullet seated just to where it engages the rifling ,in my CPA rifle it will shot better than I can.

Lyman 164 grain flatnose plain base cast of ww alloy, sized in .323" die and 14 grs. IMR4227 (MV = 1380 fps), 13.5 grs. SR4759 (MV = 1410 fps), or 21 grs. H4895 (MV = 1370 fps).
