I recently bought the new Galeo rifle and damn it is fun, fun enough for me to contemplate putting a optic on it, a red dot.
It doesn't have any rails on it and I'm not sure if it needs any kind of modification to mount the side rail on it either.

So the questions.

I know I can buy a foregrip that has picatinny rails on it for a optic or what have.
I have seen people getting ripped a new one because the foregrip is allegedly a terrible place for a red dot. I know it depends on how loose the foregrip is.
Thoughts, recommendations?

Another option I have is to buy a new dust cover with rails already installed.
This seems to be the best route but I can't find any specific for the Galeo, but I have heard that normal AK dust covers will fit most Galils.
Thoughts, recommendations, places to buy a good dust cover with rails?

Final option I see is get a side rail mount and have it mounted for me, it probably won't hurt the Galils value much and I don't intend to sell it either.
Thoughts, recommendations, places to buy a side mount?

The POSP AK side rail might work if the holes needed don't interfere with any internals. If that base fits an AK scope mount with a pic rail would allow for the red dot mounting.
