That's a powder measure for the early Dillon 450 manual machine.

2nd knob and bar is likely a different size powder (charge) bar.
The modern Dillon powder measures can take 4 different sizes of powder bars: extra small, small, large, magnum

That's a powder measure for the early Dillon 450 manual machine.

it certainly does look like a Dillon powder measure, but the base material or crinkle paint is way different than my two 1985 Dillon measures which are of the unpainted zinc type.

Have a couple 450 manual measures, used them on my Lyman turrets until I upgraded to 550 measures. Dillon measures are very accurate imo. Love them.

Dillon RL450 manual powder measure.
Looks like the other part is for the primer feed.
Interesting.
No use for the primer bar though.
Looks like I have the small powder bar.
It has the spacer on the top.
Anyone have an extra large powder bar????
This one has the two pins for the spring on it.

I've seen early blue Dillon powder measures, but not that colour. That other thing looks like a priming arm. It seems to be missing the cup and punch.

When I saw it I didn't even think it was a Dillon.
Thought All Dillon stuff was blue.
This one is kind of a dark gray color.

Anyone know if the newer powder bar would work in this????
Looked on evilbay and didn't see any.

That looks like a powder thrower for a Dillon 350 or earlier machine. The late 350s and very early 450s used one with similar appearance but this one looks a little older. Your best off selling to a collector trying to restore one of the early Dillon's. Wonder where the press is?

Very good find when you see what those older throwers sell for.

Any chance this could be for the C&H 4 station pistol press?

Kinda looks like it...

Is the OP’s measure painted black or is it discolored bare aluminum? Regardless, I think it is an early Dillon measure. I collect powder measures and find that Dillon design to be about perfect for pistol sized (38-45 cal) charges of 231 and Bullseye powders.
Nice find

It is painted, or coated with something.
Looks like a factory job.
Guy was getting rid of stuff for a friend that passed away.
I'm kind of surprised no one picked it up.
For $15, figured I couldn't go wrong.

Put it in a stand and use it! My Dillon measures drop stick powders more consistently than my Uniflow.

Plastic tube is in good condition.
I like the patina look of it.

Not my machine, wished it was mine.
An example of the RL-300 and manual measure.
