It seems like most pictures taken with my cell phone do not upload. If I take a screenshot of the picture it allows me to upload as a png.

Host your pictures externally. Uncheck the retrieve file and reference locally box.

Sorry for being so slow in getting back to you.

Do you mean in a post? If so I'm not sure how.

You can click on the picture in a post and it will enlarge on your screen. You may be able to use a photo editing program to increase the print size but reduce the pixel count. However, it would be blurry at some point to stay under the 800k limit.

My phone asks if I want to post large, medium or small pics. I've very seldom used the large. I don't know if Tapatalk is the reason. I'm technologically challenged and admit it!
