So I was fortunate enough lately to score a 700 in Whelen and a 760 in 35 Rem, both of which i plan to use for cast boolits. I have acquired a couple molds. I can't seem to find a M die even listed. am I missing something?

on Lyman web site you have to search for "m die"
https://www.lymanproducts.com/rifle-neck-expanding-m-dies

other than that they offer the powder charge/expanding die system, there is good picture in with these instructions

Me too.

M-dies are diameter specific, not cartridge specific. I have also never bought the long M-die body, for everything I load cast in the short one has been long enough.

The M die from the Lyman .38/.357 set does all my .35 caliber needs, Like wise the one from the .32 ACP/S&W/S&WL/H&R Mag does for the .30-.31 cal rifles I have.

I have several M dies but don’t use them much after finding the NOE expanding plugs. They fit the Lee universal expanding die body. They are made with a .004 step.for my Whelen I shoot .360 boolits & use the .362 x .358 expander. I also have the .361x .357 plug.love these, boolits start very straight.

Good to know Yooper, thanks, I’m still new to the casting world. I have a .359 and a .360 sizer on the way from a fellow member here.
