Has anyone used both the Skinner and NOE scope bases that attach to the barrel of the Rossi 92 using the factory holes? I have the NOE on two carbines with red dot sights mounted and need a lower base/other solution for a better cheek weld. Thinking to try the base next. I have tried a generic synthetic lace up butt pad from Blackhawk that didn’t work for me.
