It appears to me to be a half jacket pistol bullet swage kit. The Vickerman and Vic shell holders I know what they are.

The bottom one is a vickerman bullet seating die.

The two small black dies with the plungers look like boolit sizing dies for the Lyman 310 tool. They should have a nominal diameter stamped near the top. You pan-lubed the boolits, cut them out of the hardened lube with the “Kake-Kutter,” and squeezed them through the die with the plunger and handles. You may have a third plunger there, too.

The one with the big hex nut and the metal thing sticking no out the bottom looks like one of those dies that guides the boolit and case neck concentric before the boolit is seated. I think Vickerman had a patent on that open-chamber design, but Lyman had their “P-A,” or Precision Alignment die, that looked like yours, and I imagine some of the small firms used the same design. Lee does it now, on some of their die sets.
