Ezekiel 37: I'm still not comfortably settled in on ideas about the joining together of the two sticks.
While looking around this morning for info on Ukraine I stumbled across some notes on a conversation that had been tucked away in a computer in May 2009. Thought some might be interested in the thoughts so throwing them out here.

Discussed this theory with Coenraad today.
The historical record shows that the origin of the Ashkenazim came from the king of the Khazarian kingdom having forcibly converted his people to Talmudic Judaism. This area appears to have been a genetic recipient of the Israelite tribes moved by the Assyrians to their border buffer zone.
If this is the case then perhaps a situation has come about that fulfills Ezekiel’s binding of the two sticks back together. The Sephardim currently comprise 10% of the population of the modern day nation state of Israel. They are (in broad terms) genetic descendants of the kingdom of Judah. The Ashkenazim are the other 90% and would be genetic descendants of the kingdom of Israel of 2000 plus years ago.
This modern day ongoing return to the Levant would amount to the binding of the two sticks back in the original territory in the same proportions as they existed before the Assyrians conquered the kingdom of Israel. And, it would answer the question as to when the tribes of Israel would be returned. The answer being now in our life times.
