You've got to go to the main forum page where all the forum subsections and sub-forums are listed. Way down the page is "Swappin' & Sellin", and there's a sub-forum under that heading called "Straight Shooters and Deadbeats."

You can then search using the search forum just above the first thread for the member you want to leave feedback on. Got to their thread and leave your message.
