It is a youtube video under reloading. The guy is comparing RCBS dies with compition dies made by redding. He also is showing how much the bullet is not centered in the case by spinning it in jig (don't remember the name of the jig)

The run-out with any dies is more dependant on chance than brand. ALL of the dies are reamed with SAAMI spec reamers. Just as with chambers, new reamers cut holes at or near the max diameters, worn and resharpened they cut more toward the minimum. Not a factor, per se, of brand at all.

Large (hole) dies and minimum (thin) cases mean there is a maximum amount of "slop" in the seating operation. Run out is larger in such situations. All any of us can do is buy a set of dies, load and test the results. If you like them, fine. If not, get another set of any brand and try again.

We can help our concentricity, a LOT, by first measuring the necks for consistancy of thickness AND straightness. NO die set can make straight ammo from erratic cases.
