Trail Boss in 1895 Nagant Revolver

Hello,

I have a Lee 85gr WC that I am planning on using in my Nagant 1895 Revolver. Anyone use Trail Boss in their Nagant Revolver?

Looking at IMR data, 2.9 is max for 32 S&W long for Trail Boss and a 90gr bullet.

My test load will be 2.3gr (about .5cc) of Trail Boss under the 85gr WC.

I bet it wont shoot to the sights. I bet it will shoot too high.
You have to get a boolit of 85 to 90gn to about 1100 fps to shoot to the sights, at least that has been my experiance. Trail boss wont do it. See if I aint right!

Mine has always shot high. Will see what these do. Probably not much more than 700fps.
