Would it be too much to hope Lyman might have a representative stop by and listen to our pleas?

I spoke to both Lyman and Hornady reps at the Shot Show. They have committed to actively support our site with products to use as "Manufacture Sponsored Site Benefit Auctions". I am sure that now they are sponsors they will be a little more active as members.

I was hoping the same thing when I saw the banner! I'd dearly love to have their rep take a long look at the group buy forum.

I just noticed too! aren't we asking for trouble putting Lee and Lyman so close together?[smilie=l:
Gret deal I use and like all the products advertized. The more the merrier as far as I'm concerned![smilie=p:[smilie=p:

Wow! This is awesome! I know Dillon has an employee who is on a couple other websites all the time. I'll invite him over here, and see if Dillon would like they're banner up there too... [smilie=1:

MM10,
I tried to speak with the Dillon reps about our site while at the Shot Show but their main focus was their mini-gun on display. The editor of the Blue Press magazine did take our information and promised to deliver it to the correct person. We have a Dillon rep on site as a member (Gary) and I will be sending him an e-mail followed by a call this morning.

I have RCBS set to come on board in early April and once I do a follow-up on Redding they may come on board too!

I tried to meet up with all the major manufacturers of casting and reloading products while at the show and so far we have solid commitments from 3 (2 on board now and one starting April) and soft hits from maybe 3 more including one company that makes air guns chambered all the way up to 50 cal! All have agreed to provide major gear to use as benefit auctions for our site.

I do not think so. Part of the presentation was the explanation that with ~8,000 members there is not one particular manufacturer's products that dominate overall but that every manufacturer's products are well used here.

On a side note you will notice that presently the Hornady and Lyman banner links are a little bigger than the Lee's but that is only temporary until the graphics group resizes them to all be the same size.

Please take a moment to click into their sites using the links provided above and see what is new for 2009.

Would this be a good time, and place, to mention to Lyman that I did send my $$ off for the 462560 special run GB moulds?

Hope they notice!

Congrats to No.1 for the added sponsors. I see we have Rotometals also. This is great to see with the impending political climate.

Edd

Just a question that someone may be able to answer. What criteria do the mold manufacturers use to supply us with "standard" molds?
