Like the title says, I've got two 6.5 Grendels, an AR and a Howa bolt action. Anybody casting and loading for this caliber? Any mold suggestions

IIRC NOE made a mould that was designed for the Grendel. You might check the website

I purchased some bullets cast from the mould I included a photo of. They shot well as far as accuracy. I have an AR carbine, and feeding was miserable. I gave them to a friend who shot them from a 6.5 - 284 bolt gun with good results.
So I'll bet they do great in your bolt gun, but I can't recommend them in an AR from my experience.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20220125/4f093e3545d00fe4de85e2013ff430b9.jpg

I have the mold. Powdercoating was a bust due to the increased nose diameter. I am considering nose sizing them or I will just lube them for my grendel bolt action.

Yes. Homebuild AR15. The Blackhole Weponry 1:9.5 (i think) barrel worked amazing. I loved it. Highly accurate ar 2000fps out to 200 yards Unforseen incident (double charge of 2400) wrecked the barrel. Had to replace a few trigger components and upper. Used the Midway Special barrel with a 8.5 twist and cant get good accuracy above 1500 fps. If it was bolt that would be fine but its semi auto. I have found a charge of Buffalo bore that will atleast get me enough pressure to cycle the action after i enlarged the gas port. For copper jacketed ammo i am sure this barrel is good.
I want a custom 1:10 barrel to see if i can get over 2000 fps again.
