MOST sad is many nations have import/export rules governing items including bullet moulds. I have no idea if any exist in Argentina -- but wish you the best!

It could be the picture is too large. There are many picture shrinking utilities on the net. I like shrinkpictures.com. It is a simple utility with straight forward and easy to understand options.

I find that if I import my photos into a Photo Shop program and save them as a .JPG file, then try to upload them, I have not had any problems. I am doing this for a tower computer and not a handheld device.
