Big 50 cal mold

Hello all!

Does anyone have a line on a nice .512 or 5.13ish plain base mold? Would love to find something similar to the big noe 887 .513 or CBE 975. It will be shot from a 510 whisper and maybe reduced 50bmg loads.

Have not seen any available for a long tme. Any other sources i should try?

I think Tom is limited to around 725gr or so on his 50 cal moulds

I think I have a new NOE 513-888, 4 cavity plain base mold. I'll need to double check that. I hadn't planned on getting rid of it, but haven't used it, either. If you can't source the mold elsewhere, give me a shout before you have one made if the 888 is the one you want.

Midway has their Lee 515-500 molds on sale now. If you need to, it is easy to run these through a .512 sizer, and though lighter than what you were looking for, it offers a very low cost option to play around with.

Have not heard back from CBE yet about making me a plain base, and i think you may be right about the max size for accuratemolds.

Another vote for Accurate Molds. Tom cut my .512 mold for .500 Linebaugh. Fantastic quality.
