There was a fellow I bought some larger OD barrel liners from a few years ago to use as standalone barrels for low pressure "rook" type rifle builds. I need another but I seem to have misplaced his email address. I want to say his name was Tony? But I could be wrong on that. I quick search didnt turn anything up but I'm pretty sure I found out about him through this forum. Any help would be appreciated.

T.J’s Liners, maybe? I think they go up to 5/8” diameter, and you can buy them by the inch.

Probably TJ's. You can buy them from him or Track of the Wolf.

Does TJ's have a web site?
NO
The listings I checked for the site above were all out of stock!

TJ's is still around and doing well. I received a 457 barrel from them a month ago and have purchased two others the last year.

Chaszel barrel liners are top notch. Often out of stock however, I think he does it as a side job.

I just bought a .22 cal. barrel liner from Buffalo Arms for my Browning 1885 .40/65 and cannot believe how accurate they are.

The difference between Redman and T.J.'s. Redman liners are button rifled from 4130 aircraft steel. T.J.'s are hammer forged from the same type of metal. I have been using T.J.s for over 20 years .

I had a Sharps relined by Lee Shaver ... superb quality by one of the best gunsmiths in America.

Occasionally, TJ's will do full diameter "liners" that have enough wall material to make barrels from. I got some heavy hammer-forged blanks to make .38-55's for Marlin 336's, but I need to find a place with a vacuum oven which will hang them vertically for double stress-relief. I don't want to "spring" them when I turn the contour on them.
Someday, when I get a round tuit, I'm going to get some heavy-wall "liners" and make some Rossi '92 blanks with correct internal dimensions for .44 cal. I figure there are a bunch of .44 Mag '92's out there that have the grossly oversized bore and groove dimensions (.427 land, .434 groove?!? Seriously?) Rossi turned out for whatever mystifying reason.
